Common questions

How do I restore my purchase?

Open Settings inside the app and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the Apple ID you used to buy.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, tap Subscriptions, choose Soul Anchor, and cancel there. You keep access until the period ends.

Where are my recordings and saved verses?

They stay on your device and never leave it. You will find them under My Verses in the app.

How do I change my reminders?

Open Settings inside the app and adjust your morning and evening reminder times, or turn them off.

Is there a free version?

Yes. Soul Anchor is free to use, with no ads and nothing tracked. Soul Anchor Plus unlocks the full verse library, every theme, unlimited recordings in your own voice, and all ambient sounds.
